Our client is a leading global biotechnology company. They are seeking a dedicated Procurement Specialist to support indirect procurement activities and Sol integration. This hybrid role requires experience in vendor management, Ariba requisition processing, and strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage Ariba requisitions and vendor onboarding (SRE) per company policy
- Perform vendor data scrubbing and re-onboarding to company systems
- Lead the transition of indirect open POs from Sol to company systems
- Partner with Finance to resolve invoice issues and with suppliers to confirm orders
- Enforce Global Purchasing Policies and track performance metrics
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years in Indirect Procurement with SAP and Ariba expertise
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience using Ariba and SAP exposure is a plus
- Detail-oriented with effective communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good team player willing to take new challenges
