We’re hiring a Product Lead
for a major organisation undertaking significant transformation. This is a high-profile opportunity to shape strategy, drive delivery, and lead teams in building products and services that make a real impact.
About the Role
As a Product Lead, you’ll oversee the strategy and delivery of key initiatives, working at the intersection of business, technology, and data. You’ll guide a team of product and business analysts, ensuring the roadmap reflects business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes.
You’ll also play a role in identifying where data and emerging technologies (including AI)
can add value — from improving customer journeys to enabling smarter business decisions.
You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 product team members .
- Define and deliver product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable delivery plans.
- Manage and prioritise product backlogs.
- Champion product discovery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and analytics functions.
- Support recruitment and the growth of high-performing product teams.
About You
We’re looking for a leader who combines product management expertise with delivery focus. You’ll be confident operating at senior level while staying close to the detail of delivery.
You’ll bring:
- Experience as a Product Lead, Senior Product Manager, or equivalent.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Background in agile / SAFe delivery environments.
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.
- Strategic thinking with a delivery-first mindset.
- Interest in data and technology trends, and how they can drive transformation (data or AI experience a plus, but not essential).
