JOB TITLE: Program Assistant I

LOCATION: Remote (Training onsite at Century Park for 1 week)

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST (No schedule flexibility)

DURATION: 2 Years

PAY:$25-30/hr


Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for assigned programs. The position is highly administrative and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting daily operations of assigned programs.
  • Maintaining program documentation, records, and tracking systems.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up materials.
  • Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Updating and maintaining program databases, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • Assisting with planning and coordination of program-related events.
  • Preparing materials for training sessions, communications, and outreach initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support to program managers and team members.
  • Ensuring documentation and processes are properly maintained and organized.


    Essential Duties and Job Functions

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate program documentation and records.
  • Track procedures, program activities, and operational workflows.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling and agenda preparation.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems.
  • Assist with planning and logistics for program events and activities.
  • Prepare training materials and outreach documents.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support team operations by maintaining organized documentation and records.
  • Demonstrate accountability and responsiveness while working remotely.
  • Participate in onboarding, including approximately 80 hours of virtual training and a 2-week shadowing period.




    Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Handling incoming customer service calls.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing assistance via phone.
  • Documenting call interactions and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting dispatching or call center operations as needed.


    Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong responsiveness and reliability during working hours.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with stakeholders.


    Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 0–2 years of administrative or related experience.
  • Experience with data entry and procedure management tracking preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools required.

    Additional Requirements:
  • 2 years of customer service experience on the phone preferred.
  • Experience in a call center or dispatch environment is highly preferred.


    Additional Notes

  • The role is fully remote, but requires 1 week of onsite training at Century Park.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop and reliable home internet(equipment will not be provided).
  • Candidates will complete two weeks of shadowing and approximately 80 hours of virtual training.
  • This is a remote position requiring strong self-management and responsiveness during work hours.
