Our client is a leading organization in the energy sector. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or group of professionals, managing a variety of tasks that ensure smooth operations and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
- Compile, collect, and analyze data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, preparing charts, graphs, and tables as necessary.
- Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
- Perform document management tasks, scheduling, and organizational activities while ensuring compliance with business processes and policies.
- Produce and interpret reports, address reporting issues, conduct analysis, and participate in special projects.
- Interact with internal and external customers on a routine basis and document enhancements to processes and procedures.
- Work under minimal supervision, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Adhere to and perform all work in accordance with site and client-approved safety procedures.
Knowledge & Skills - Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to compile and analyze data effectively.
- Proficiency in creating charts, graphs, and presentation materials.
- Solid understanding of document management systems and organizational processes.
- Proficiency with computer applications and business software.
Education & Experience - High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 6-10 years of experience performing diversified and confidential administrative duties, requiring knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
