Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for underground utility and infrastructure projects, including distribution assets, transmission support work, system resilience initiatives, and asset replacement programs

Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and resource plans

Coordinate cross-functional activities spanning engineering, design, permitting, environmental review, right-of-way acquisition, and construction execution

Oversee contractor performance, including bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, and field execution oversight

Ensure compliance with internal standards, applicable regulatory requirements, environmental regulations, and safety policies

Collaborate with engineering, operations, construction, supply chain, and inspection teams to resolve technical, constructability, and execution challenges

Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies related to schedule, cost, safety, quality, and stakeholder impacts

Serve as a primary point of contact for municipalities, permitting authorities, and other external stakeholders

Track and report project performance metrics, milestones, and risks to leadership and governance teams

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency, safety performance, and standardization
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

3–7+ years of project management experience supporting underground utilities, civil construction, infrastructure, or energy delivery projects

Experience managing construction scopes involving trenching, conduit systems, cable installation, vaults, or pipeline assets

Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk mitigation

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with project management and enterprise systems (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or similar tools)

Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct field visits as required
