The Project Manager is responsible for leading a complex business and technology transformation initiative focused on improving operational efficiency, automation, process modernization, and AI-enabled business capabilities. This role serves as a primary liaison between business operations, technology teams, analytics organizations, and executive leadership to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
The Project Manager will oversee project planning, governance, budget management, stakeholder engagement, solution readiness, and business adoption efforts involving process transformation, systems modernization, automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and implementation roadmaps.
- Manage project budgets, capital funding, resource forecasts, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate governance reviews, executive steering committee meetings, and project status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple business units and technology organizations.
Business Transformation
- Lead organizational process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, digital enablement, and operational optimization.
- Support the cross-functional design and implementation of future-state operating models.
- Evaluate transformation impacts across people, processes, technology, and performance measures.
