Summary:
Provide testing and lab support within the Biochemistry team, ensuring accurate, safe, and compliant laboratory operations. Assist with quality records, SOP revisions, and support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sample testing according to SOPs (release, stability, in-process, method transfer validation)
- Document all test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Escalate any issues or delays to Line Manager
- Maintain lab safety and adhere to best practices
- Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls as needed
- Keep training profile up-to-date and compliant
- Maintain laboratory stock of reagents and consumables
- Contribute to process improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Biochemistry, or Chemistry
Experience:
- Entry-level experience in Pharmaceutical or Biological labs
