Office Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Facilities Support Supervisor
The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and guests at Metagenomi, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role supports the Facilities team by overseeing day-to-day office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination, while helping maintain a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, manage check-ins, and coordinate with staff.

Administrative Support: Handle reception duties, mail distribution, copy/print services, and company-wide communications.

Procurement & Inventory: Manage purchasing and restocking of office and breakroom supplies.

Facilities Coordination: Schedule maintenance, respond to janitorial requests, and oversee housekeeping services.

Security & Access: Manage building access and maintain security protocols.

Event & Room Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, event spaces, and conference room setup.
