Regulatory Lawyer - 5+PQE | Cayman
A leading offshore firm is looking to strengthen its Cayman Islands regulatory practice with an experienced regulatory lawyer.
The team advises a broad range of international clients across financial services, investment funds, corporate and commercial matters. The practice works on complex, often cross-border matters and advises clients navigating Cayman’s evolving regulatory environment.
Lawyers will work closely with international clients and leading offshore practitioners on sophisticated matters, with the opportunity to develop a broad and high-value regulatory practice.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years’ PQE in financial services regulation, funds regulation, corporate regulatory or a closely related practice;
- Training and experience from a leading UK, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian or Offshore firm;
- Strong knowledge of financial services and regulatory frameworks;
- Experience advising international clients on complex regulatory and compliance matters;
- Strong drafting, analytical and client management skills; and
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term offshore regulatory practice.
This would suit a lawyer looking to broaden their regulatory experience within an international offshore environment, with exposure to sophisticated clients and complex cross-border matters.
