Key Responsibilities:
• Execute HTS and plate-based screening workflows
• Operate and troubleshoot liquid handling automation systems
• Support sample preparation and data management workflows
• Collaborate across fermentation, analytics, and research teams
• Maintain SOPs, instrumentation, and lab organization
Must-Haves:
• BS/MS in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or related field
• Experience with automation or liquid handling platforms
• Background in screening workflows and microbial systems
• Familiarity with LIMS/data systems and basic data analysis
• Strong teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills
