Tech Sales and Solutions Associate

We’re supporting a leading global technology company looking for a Tech Sales and Solutions Associate to help clients get the most from innovative software solutions. In this entry-level role, you’ll support customers, learn about tech tools, and assist in delivering solutions that help businesses work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

You don’t need prior tech experience – just curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You’ll receive coaching, mentorship, and exposure to how technology drives businesses worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Help customers understand how technology can improve their business processes.

  • Support the team in demonstrating software features, assisting with setup, and answering customer questions.

  • Gather feedback from customers to improve solutions and support materials.

  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop skills in technology, business, and project delivery.

  • Contribute to creating reusable guides and resources for the broader team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years’ experience) in business, tech, engineering, or related fields.

  • Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about technology and how it helps businesses.

  • Strong communicator, comfortable working with customers and teammates.

  • Interested in problem-solving, data, or AI and automation.

  • Previous experience with software or CRM platforms is a plus, but not required.
