About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate, tech-savvy Emerging Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing team. This customer-facing role offers the opportunity to grow into a full Solutions Engineer, supporting innovative startups and enterprise clients across ANZ. You’ll help clients solve challenges in collaboration, productivity, and technology adoption, while building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to support client discovery and solutioning.

Build technical knowledge across collaboration tools, workflow automation, AI, and industry-specific solutions.

Support client engagements through relationship building and opportunity management.

Contribute to strategic initiatives and client-facing activities.

Participate in an intensive training program and meet engagement and business KPIs.
Candidate Profile

Charismatic, high-energy, and tech-curious; able to think on your feet.

Strong communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using digital collaboration tools; video editing/social media skills are a bonus.

Experience with large brands is advantageous.

Driver’s license preferred; comfortable traveling.

PR status preferred; PV or NV1 advantageous.
