We are supporting a leading banking client who is looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities:

Partner with finance stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Gather, validate, and document business requirements for finance systems and transformation initiatives.

Support project delivery including testing, UAT, and implementation of finance systems.

Assist in creating business process documentation, workflow diagrams, and reporting solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Experience:
-
Strong experience in finance systems, reporting, or transformation projects.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in a banking/financial services environment.

Experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirement gathering.

Proficient in creating functional specifications, user stories, and supporting testing activities.
-
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar is a plus.

CPA or other accounting qualification desirable but not essential.
