We’re partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Senior Business Analyst to support a range of data-led initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded BA who is comfortable operating across both business and technical teams, with a strong focus on data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather and define requirements
- Translating business needs into clear, structured documentation
- Supporting data-driven initiatives through analysis, validation, and interpretation of data
- Collaborating with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively
- Engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating insights in a clear, concise way
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex environments
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to interrogate and analyse data
- Experience working on data-focused or technical projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate across both business and technical teams
- Confident working in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments
