Role: Senior Business Analyst
Fixed Term: 12 months (view to extend)

Salary: $140k - $150k +super
Organisation
· We are partnering with a purpose-driven, Not-For-Profit, organisation undergoing a major digital transformation, centred around the implementation of a new Client Management System (CMS) using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· As the project moves into the build phase, we are looking to engage two highly capable Senior Business Analysts to play a pivotal role in driving process improvement and supporting successful delivery.
Opportunity
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will:
· Analyse current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
· Design and implement process optimisation initiatives
· Act as a key conduit between technology teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
· Support the successful rollout and adoption of a new Dynamics 365 platform
· Influence and engage senior stakeholders, helping drive change across the organisation
This role requires more than a traditional BA — we are looking for individuals who can combine business analysis with strong change, risk and transformation capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading current-state and future-state process analysis
· Driving end-to-end process improvement initiatives
· Collaborating with implementation partners and internal IT teams
· Managing stakeholder engagement, including navigating resistance to change
· Supporting change, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes
Experience
· Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst within transformation or system implementation projects
· Experience working with / implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Background in aged care, home care, or not-for-profit industries.
· Proven ability to drive process improvement and business change
· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level
· A proactive, self-starting mindset with the confidence to lead initiatives
