Senior Oracle E-Business Systems Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Oracle E-Business Systems (R12.2.10+)
to provide technical development and support for customizations and extensions across Finance and Oracle Projects modules.
This role requires working with minimal supervision while supporting business users, contributing to change management activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders and function as part of a large Oracle support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical development and support for Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including:
- Finance: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, iSupplier, iExpense
- Oracle Projects: Project Accounting, Billing, and Cost Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and produce specification documents
- Complete all required Change Management and SOX compliance tasks (as applicable)
- Apply industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop business and technical expertise using available learning resources (training, workshops, documentation, etc.)
- Track deliverables and provide reporting to management
- Work closely with Oracle Support to identify and implement feasible solutions
- Perform impact analysis and remediate program units based on specifications
- Develop and maintain:
- Custom applications and extensions
- Data correction and upgrade scripts
- Participate in a collaborative, multi-developer team environment
- Occasional travel (up to 10%)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite modules, including:
- Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Billing, Cost Management)
- Integration with Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable
- 5+ years of experience with: SQL and PL/SQL
- BI Publisher Reporting
- Oracle Workflow Builder
- Strong understanding of backend table structures in Oracle EBS
- Experience with Oracle Database 19c or higher
- 3+ years of experience with: Oracle APEX
- Java development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) personalizations and extensions
- Experience working in a multi-developer or enterprise team environment

Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of Java development experience
- Experience with Oracle APEX (version 18.1 or later)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle Workflow
- BI Publisher reporting logic
- Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS 12.2+, particularly in:
- Finance modules (AR, AP, CM, FA, GL, iSupplier)
- And/or Oracle Projects (Costing, Billing, Accounting)
