Summary:
The Construction Safety Specialist will support onsite safety operations for large-scale construction activities associated with new manufacturing facilities. This role ensures compliance with OSHA 1926 standards and promotes a safe working environment for all personnel and the general public.

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee construction safety activities in accordance with OSHA 1926 Construction Standards.
- Deliver safety kick-off presentations, onsite orientations, and pre-shift safety meetings.
- Perform daily site safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and oversee associated corrective actions and documentation.
- Recommend improvements or removal of equipment, tools, or processes that pose safety risks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
- Serve as the onsite safety liaison with regulatory bodies, insurers, municipalities, and related agencies.
