We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of technical, engineering and corporate functions.
This role will act as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leaders, helping identify, attract and hire high-quality talent across areas including IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Enterprise Security, Customer Service, Operations and Finance.
The successful candidate will bring at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing capabilities and a consultative approach to working with hiring managers. Experience recruiting complex technical or hard-to-fill positions is particularly valuable.
Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering and corporate positions, from initial intake and sourcing through offer and hire.

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.

Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, establish expectations and develop effective recruiting strategies.

Provide consultative guidance using recruiting data, talent market intelligence and competitive insights.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill positions.

Create effective job postings and recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct candidate screening and qualification against technical and business requirements.

Manage requisitions and recruiting workflows within SuccessFactors or similar enterprise applicant tracking systems.

Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits and other internal stakeholders to provide a consistent candidate and hiring experience.

Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Analyse recruiting metrics and labour market trends to identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and relevant talent communities.
Required Experience

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate screening, job posting development and recruitment strategy.

Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive candidate sourcing strategies.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruiting technologies, sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to interpret recruiting data and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience
