JOB TITLE: Service Coordinator

LOCATION: Hybrid – Onsite 4 days/week - San Diego

SCHEDULE: Roughly 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST

DURATION: 2-Year Contract

PAY:$34-39/hr


Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide administrative and customer service support within the Customer Service Project Management team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers by handling service-related requests, including:

    o Answering inbound customer calls regarding service setup and account support.

    o Assisting customers with required documentation and service requests.

    o Scheduling appointments and coordinating day-to-day service activities.

    o Supporting internal coordination across the Customer Service department.
  • Providing administrative support for departmental operations and service coordination.
  • Collaborating with a large internal team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.


    Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Answer and direct inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist customers requesting utility service setup, documentation, and scheduling support.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and departmental communications.
  • Perform word processing, filing, faxing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Receive and direct visitors as needed.
  • Maintain financial and administrative records accurately.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and internal department logistics.
  • Obtain office supplies and sort/distribute incoming mail.
  • Support special assignments and additional operational needs.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Administrative support experience in a customer-facing environment preferred.


    Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Prior administrative, service coordination, or customer support experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in utility, operations, or service-based environments is a plus.
