About the Role

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic pre-sales team. In this role, you will work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to support the design and demonstration of data-driven solutions tailored to client needs. This is a customer-facing position that blends technical skills with communication and problem-solving abilities.

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience in data technologies and cloud platforms, and help craft compelling solutions that showcase our product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior solution engineers in identifying customer requirements and translating them into tailored data solutions
  • Support in preparing technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
  • Help answer technical questions during pre-sales meetings and RFIs/RFPs
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay up to date on the latest features and offerings
  • Document customer use cases, solution architectures, and technical proposals
  • Attend client meetings (virtually or in person) with account managers and senior engineers
  • Participate in workshops and discovery sessions with customers to understand business goals
  • Continuously learn new data technologies, analytics tools, and solution selling best practices

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to design and deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts for customers
  • Video editing and content creation
  • Partner with Account Executives to support discovery, solutioning, and demonstrations for customers
  • Clear communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Interest in customer-facing roles and working cross-functionally
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to map customer pain points to technical solutions
  • Passion for technology, problem-solving, and customer success
  • Previous internship or project experience in analytics or pre-sales
  • Understanding of SaaS or enterprise B2B environments
