Pay Rate:$57.50 – $62.50 per hour

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM PST (1-hour lunch break)
Duration:
12-month contract (potential extension up to an additional year)
Role Overview
The Specialized Business Consultant II provides subject matter expertise to support business objectives such as improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening competitive positioning. The consultant analyzes business challenges, develops strategies, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
This role involves evaluating existing processes, recommending remediation strategies, and presenting findings and implementation plans to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in the relevant business or operational area.
- Analyze business problems and develop strategic recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process development or reengineering initiatives.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to support operational improvements.
- Develop process remediation and implementation strategies.
- Prepare written assessments and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate organizational change through effective communication and consensus building.
- Create and coordinate implementation plans for process improvements.
- Support program implementation and business analysis initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated analytical and project management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in safety-related environments or programs.
- Experience with change management.
- Change management certifications are a plus.
