I am seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Lead
to join my client's HR transformation programme. You’ll be responsible for leading third-party partners in configuring the SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0
modules, while also working closely with senior internal stakeholders.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding 2.0
- Certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0
- Proficient in Career Site Builder
- Confident leading and challenging third-party implementation partners
- Skilled at communicating complex technical information to senior stakeholders
- Experience presenting to senior leadership

- Hybrid working model – just 1 day per week onsite in Central London
- IR35 status: Inside IR35(via umbrella)
