Training Analyst I

Location: Miami, FL (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Range:$36–$44/hr


Position Overview

The Training Analyst I will support the design, development, and delivery of training programs related to SAP implementations impacting back-office operations. This role ensures employees are prepared to adopt new systems and processes while documenting workflows to support long-term sustainability and operational consistency.


Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Design

  • Assist with designing and developing training materials for SAP-related updates affecting back-office users.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training content is accurate, comprehensive, and operationally relevant.
  • Help create training across multiple modalities, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, and instructor-led content.
  • Deliver instructor-led or virtual training sessions for end-users.
  • Support the documentation of workflows, system procedures, and process steps.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate training approaches.
  • Coordinate with internal training team members to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in training development/design, ideally in a technical or utilities environment.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and change-management concepts.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Customer Service environment preferred.
