I am looking for an experienced Transformation Migration Analyst with strong Loan IQ expertise
to support our Banking client on a large-scale Wholesale Lending platform migration programme.
This role will focus on the migration from ACBS to Loan IQ
and will require someone who can lead migration activity end-to-end - from data readiness and reconciliation through to testing, go-live support and transition into BAU.
You will:
- Lead migration pods across data, risk & control, training and process alignment
- Drive test migrations, dry runs and go-live execution
- Perform current vs future state analysis and document requirements
- Create and execute test scripts and testing frameworks
- Identify and resolve migration discrepancies through reconciliation
- Partner closely with Technology, Operations, Controls and Business stakeholders
- Support operational readiness and embed change into BAU
- Contribute to governance, sign-offs and Go/No-Go decisions
To be successful, you will have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ
- Prior experience using ACBS
- Deep understanding of Corporate / Investment Banking Lending operations
- Experience delivering system migration or transformation programmes
- Knowledge of syndicated lending and loan servicing
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint would be beneficial.
