We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Webinar & Events Specialist to join a dynamic team!
About the role
Spanning both webinar execution and small-scale in-person event support. You’ll take ownership of a high-impact, customer-focused webinar program, supporting users and prospects through engaging digital experiences that drive pipeline and brand engagement. You’ll be supported by a broader team and will work cross-functionally with email operations, event technology, and reporting teams.
Responsibilities
Webinar Execution & Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of webinars – from intake to post-event reporting
- Take briefs from marketers targeting sales demographics and translate them into effective webinar plans
- Coordinate with the email marketing team to build campaigns that drive registration and engagement
- Set up webinars using ON24 (preferred) or similar platforms
- Brief speakers and stakeholders, run dry runs, and manage live event delivery
- Collaborate with the off shore operations team for production support
- Track and report on webinar metrics monthly, including registration, attendance, engagement, and lead generation
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience running or supporting webinars, ideally in a marketing or B2B environment
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating end-to-end campaigns
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Confident with webinar best practices – planning, execution, and reporting
- Passionate about owning programs and driving them forward with initiative and care
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using ON24 webinar platform
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Exposure to tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or other marketing automation platforms
- Experience in marketing operations or field marketing environments
