As mentioned in our Legal In-House Financial Services H1 2021 Market Overview, from the beginning of last year and moving through to summer time, we witnessed a steady rise in hiring across financial services. Whilst many clients and candidates had held off from hiring or switching jobs in 2020, things noticeably began to change quite rapidly last year, especially in H2.​
