Clients undergoing transformation programmes needed fast, flexible resources that they were unable to source or effectively onboard themselves and were finding that other agencies lacked the niche expertise and local relationships required. We were ideally placed to enter the market with our strong referral network; our market-leading CRM system and our quality of service, underpinned by our innovative techniques and solutions.

Automation and RPA are driving widespread digital transformation and changing the Business Transformation landscape. Scottish businesses are taking this beyond the traditional operational or regulatory uses, so we are seeing more demand for hybrid candidates who can not only lead transformation projects but have technical skill sets. At the same time, IR35 has hampered the contractor market, increasing the interest in quality permanent staff who can deliver large-scale change, while developing their skills as the relevant technology evolves.
