Women in Partnership
Law firms are talking more than ever about getting more women into leadership. But the more interesting question is: what can we do differently to make that happen?
We’re creating a space for women across the legal sector to share experiences, ideas and what’s working, from navigating progression and leadership to returning from maternity leave, caring responsibilities, IVF and menopause.
Together, we’ll turn those shared experiences into ideas for change, taking the themes into conversations with law firm leaders anonymously and collectively. The aim is simple: to turn shared experiences into positive change.
The group is run by Becky Morgan, Bridget Hougham and Sadie Walker from Hydrogen’s legal partner team. We’re looking forward to building it with you.

What’s shared here stays confidential. No names or individual experiences will ever be shared outside the group without consent. We may take the themes and ideas that emerge from these conversations to help influence positive change for women in partnership, but always without identifying individuals or firms.
