HR Hub | Life Sciences
Life sciences moves quickly. A trial result, an acquisition or a new site can reshape your people plan in a matter of weeks, and HR is often the first team asked to make it work. The person who has already done it is usually sitting at another company.
HR Hub brings those people together. It’s a closed, peer-to-peer group where HR leaders across the sector share what’s working, ask the questions they can’t ask internally and test ideas before they go to the leadership team.
The community started in Europe and is now growing globally, welcoming HR leaders across Asia Pacific. It’s run by Alex Lawrence and Mani [surname] from Hydrogen and Argyll Scott’s life sciences teams.
