LOCATION: Juno Beach, FL

DURATION: 9 months

PAY:$25-30/hr


Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will manage and support a variety of digital projects within the Enterprise Marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple website and digital strategy projects, including:

    • Developing and executing strategies using HubSpot and Breeze AI to enhance user engagement.
    • Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups.
    • Designing, managing, and optimizing web content and assets across 200+ microsites.
    • Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
    • Ensuring websites follow best practices in UX, UI, accessibility (ADA), and overall performance.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and cohesive design implementation.

    Essential Duties and Job Functions:

  • Lead the project intake process, gathering stakeholder requirements and defining clear objectives.
  • Translate complex digital strategies into effective website design and execution.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance analysis of websites and digital campaigns, implementing improvements based on data.
  • Present wireframes and prototypes to management and business partners.
  • Participate in daily status calls, sprint planning, user story development, and project releases.
  • Oversee HubSpot implementation for microsites, ensuring best practices in content management, personalization, and optimization.
  • Maintain ADA compliance and monitor site health using tools like Site Improve.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrate discipline and organization in managing multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, co-workers, and vendors.


    Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CMS and AI tools (Breeze).
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including vendors and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with website accessibility standards and ADA compliance.


    Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital strategy with a strong focus on HubSpot.
  • Proven track record managing and executing digital projects using HubSpot.
  • Certification in HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience in web design, content management, and digital marketing preferred.
