HR Operations Associate

San Diego, CA (Hybrid/Remote)

Schedule: Standard Office Hours

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay:$27-33/ph



Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will support employee mobility programs and contribute to various administrative, talent, and branding initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting domestic and international relocations, including short- and long-term assignments and country entry processes.
  • Advising managers on mobility policies and completing required applications and documentation.
  • Coordinating immigration and employment authorization in partnership with legal counsel, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Serving as the point of contact for mobility-related inquiries, addressing escalated issues from employees.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with transactions and documentation related to recruitment policies and programs.
  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of digital and print marketing materials for internal and external branding.
  • Performing other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.




    Essential Duties and Job Functions:
  • Manage email communications, meeting arrangements, and calendar coordination.
  • Generate ad hoc and analytical reports to support HR and mobility decision-making.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate billing and payment tracking.
  • Provide relocation assistance and answer employee inquiries regarding relocation packages.
  • Liaise with third-party service providers and internal departments to ensure a seamless mobility process.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures related to HR, mobility, and immigration.
  • Contribute to initiatives that promote brand visibility to attract top talent.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities based on business needs.




    Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and mobility programs preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Creative mindset for developing marketing and branding materials.




    Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, HR, or mobility coordination.
  • Experience with relocation or immigration support is a plus.
  • Prior involvement with talent acquisition or recruitment operations preferred.
  • Graphic or digital marketing experience is a bonus.
