Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate project risks; proactively alert the PMO manager and key Corporate Security stakeholders to problem areas and work with project teams to develop effective mitigations.
  • Review physical security engineering plans and drawings to ensure proposed solutions align with established security standards, processes, procedures, and overall business objectives.

  • Present project status updates at daily, weekly, and monthly PMO meetings and calls.
  • Maintain and update monthly project status reports covering scope, schedule, and financial progress to ensure ongoing project health.
  • Lead vendor activities to ensure construction work is executed in accordance with established schedules and capital spend commitments.
  • Support monthly financial variance reporting across all assigned projects.
  • Document business cases, budgets, schedules, and project requirements in the form of project charters.
  • Conduct field site walks in support of new project engagements and scope assessments.
  • Facilitate project status meetings with core project teams as required.
  • Maintain thorough project accounting records and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain current financial forecasts, outlooks, and MS Project schedules for all assigned projects.
  • Review vendor daily reports to verify that work progress and quality meet required standards.
  • Champion project safety and safe work practices in alignment with applicable safety standards.

Education & Experience

  • Typically 5–8 years of experience in project, program, or contract management in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of contract management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — this role requires daily collaboration across a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop medium to complex project schedules using MS Project.
  • Experience maintaining project budgets and developing financial forecasts.
  • Ability to interpret and/or design electrical single-line and logic diagrams.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements preferred.
